Seller's Responsibilities

• All Kelley Blue Book (KBB) Wholesale Breakdown Sheets sent (fax, email, web post and deliver) to Dealer Ready should include: VIN, miles, color (exterior/interior), all options including items that may not be listed in KBB,Dealership name, & price.
• Sellers must disclose complete vehicle information & condition including: Prior Rental status, MSO Manufacturer/Lemon Law buybacks, TMU, Broken/Replaced Odometers, Salvage and Flood vechicles.
• Tires: at least 5/32" even tread left or note on KBB Book sheet: "needs tires"
• Windshield: free of cracks or non-repairable chips.
• Interior: must be complete, and free of rips, tears, or burns.
• Body: must be free of gouges, dents, and hairline scratches.
• Repaint: more than 3 panels must be disclosed and meet OEM standards.
• Highline Vehicles:must have at least one "Master" key.
• All electric's & mechanicals must be in full working order.
• Any aftermarket equipment or add-ons that may prevent Sale or Smog test.
• Any known defects and modifications to the frame, suspension, engine, or other systems.

Any exceptions to the above must be noted on the KBB Book sheet.

• Title: must have no liens, encumbrances, or irregularities: Branded Title, TMU

(Title must be presented within 45 days of sale)

• Notify Dealer Ready immediately when a listed vehicle is sold or is no longer available to sell.
• Provide All Dealer phone & fax numbers for any personnel that will aid in transport, check, and title processing.
• Checks & Titles must be directly exchanged between Buying and Selling dealers.
• Abide by Dealer Ready policy and pay round-trip transportation costs if the Buying dealer prevails in Arbitration and refuses to keep the vehicle.
• Seller must pay any CA DLR penalty fees due, excluding the current year's registration, associated with expired registration.
• Accept all Arbitration, Transportation, and Dealer Ready policies.
• If an arbitration claim is verified, an inspection fee of $100 will be charged to the seller.
• Any final sale that is cancelled at the seller's request because of retail sale will notify Dealer Ready immediately by phone and provide Dealer Ready a copy of the report of sale documentation to the winning bidder.
